The breakfast surpassed expectations with a variety of options. the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist us. Would stay here again. the pool area looks better in photos.

my three weeks of hotel stays, hyatt place surpassed all expectations. the supervisor, janice, went above and beyond to ensure a flawless stay. the king suites were superb, breakfast was top-notch, and the staff's efficiency was remarkable. the location also offers convenient shopping options nearby.

Appreciated spending my time in this clean pet-friendly hotel. The location was marvellous and convenient, not far from Air and shops and restaurants and restraunt.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was terrible plus the bed of mine was too soft.

Thank you all for a fairly nice stay for a business trip. The staff were attentive and amiable. I liked the room with a very tasty breakfast, the bed was very comfy. The restaurant was good and food was delicious. Everything was excellent, no reason to complain, I strongly recommend it.

Great spacious rooms, comfy beds, and friendly staff. Loved the extra space and decor. Shuttle service to the airport was convenient. Breakfast was good, but too much plastic waste. Some room quirks like tricky light switches, but overall a pleasant stay with minor inconveniences.

The hotel had a high rate of hospitality with very helpful staff, offering airport pickup and drop, as well as hotel drop-offs to nearby stations; the spacious room was a big bonus! The spotless room and common areas were great, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I particularly liked the prepared breakfast options, although the 24/7 food availability didn't quite match the gourmet pictures shown on the website, which was a bit disappointing. 🌟

Everything here was good and my room was non-smoking. The food at the continental breakfast was outstanding.

I chose this hotel for a business symposium and found the conference space and meeting rooms to be convenient. The complimentary wired Internet access and 24-hour business center were beneficial for my work purposes.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated printer and scanner in the business center to facilitate my document handling needs.

Great staff and location, I appreciated to be here. The room was very separate, comfortable bed. Found in the shopping area, the hotel offered good prices. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Ledo Pizza that was only 5 minutes' walk away. I had a very pleasant stay at this pleasant venue.

Contemporary place, it was clean and had fantastically friendly staff on service. Very impressed with the particularly nice view from our double room. We had quick check-in on arrival.

The breakfast was good, but the excessive plastic use throughout the hotel was disappointing. Limited vegetarian options at the restaurant. Some issues with room maintenance but the staff was courteous. The ongoing building work did not disturb our stay. Great welcome despite the renovations.

The Heavenly comfortable bed provided a restful sleep for this light sleeper. Natasha, the staff member at the front desk, was friendly, professional, and made our stay top-notch.

The hotel was super modern, the rooms were huge, and they even had a sort of mini kitchen setup. The front desk staff was so helpful, quickly sorting out an extra night for us without any hassle. The room came with a free breakfast that was absolutely loaded with options, especially loved the ready-to-eat eggs and sausages. 🌞 We relaxed by the pool, chilling on the sun loungers - overall great vibe! The only little hiccup was the parking confusion despite assurances over the phone, but it didn't spoil the fun.

Worst aspects of my Xmas stay: Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the AC in the room.

The King suites were awesome and highly recommended. The staff went above and beyond, carrying all our bags and providing water when the elevator was down. They consistently checked on my well-being. The comfortable room and delicious breakfast were accompanied by a late checkout and free airport shuttle. The hotel had excellent facilities including wi-fi, on-site car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar/ lounge area, restaurant.

the staff was extremely helpful, especially when I needed to print my airline ticket. the breakfast was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the peanut butter Reeses cookie. the availability of a microwave was a nice touch, as I could heat my food whenever I wanted. the discount at Texas Roadhouse was also a great perk.

The shower was great and felt like home. The pool was very clean and recently opened. Breakfast was good with delicious peanut butter Reeses cookie and amazing bacon. Staff was friendly and helpful, from front desk to breakfast and cleaning. The king suite with whirlpool was perfect for couples.

The Gallery was a warm and open area featuring a self-registration kiosk and an intimate coffee and wine cafe. It felt like a cozy, inviting space perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, just like a home away from home.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless, and the beds were incredibly cozy. Another great aspect was the convenient location. Being close to the airport and having easy access to major highways made it a breeze to explore the surrounding area. Plus, the hotel provided a complimentary airport shuttle, which was a huge bonus and saved me from the hassle of arranging transportation.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the location where I was teaching a 3-day labor doula training. The hotel was conveniently located in the area and had a sitting area where I could relax after a long day of training. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a cozy couch. The bathroom, although small, was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to meet my needs. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start my day. it was a great stay.

I did notice some small black insects in the shower room, which was a bit of a drawback.

the hotel is super clean and the location is great. it's close to 9 on a sunday with over an hour of breakfast left. also, there's a shopping area across the street. the staff is outstanding from the front desk to the general manager.

Can't think of a single thing I didn't like about this place, it was just perfect!
